The ISO 9001 Standard Revision in Turkey

ISO 9001 quality management system and is known as the most applicable quality standards system in the world.ISO R-9001 is a standard that covers all aspects from initial to the final product production stages. ISO 9001 is a quality management system that is most demanded also the standard has been revised in 2015 and announced in the world.

ISO 9001: 2015 is prepared to meet the latest developments and requirements in the business sector and to be compatible with other standards in the future (eg ISO 14001). Research has been continued of the ISO 9001 standard from the year 2012. The Draft had published in 2014 and was published in 2015 in Turkey. 

Result of the changes made in ISO 9001 2008 standard, the following differences between ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 9001:2008;


Quality management is the term used to determine a company's quality performance that puts activities of employees and general skills such as applying of technical skills , orientation about the organization on same tasks and sustainability of this process. Competence is defined as the ability to apply the knowledge and skills to achieve the intended results.

Provision of Services and Products External Factors
A firm will need a risk-based approach to determine the extent and type of controls to be applied to all types of products and services provided by all kinds of external providers and internal factors.
Exclusion from 

Now, it mustn't be needed to explaining Quality Management Requirements that couldn't be launched activities by natural reasons.This situation is the result of the different approaches of the new shape of the ISO 9001 standard.

Services & Goods

Products (ISO 9001: 2008 as indicated) in the form of references to the word 'goods and services has been replaced by the phrase.


' Continuous improvement ' is only 'development' is amended form.
Related Parties

A company that wants to actuate the associated with the Quality Management will be required to explain the relevant parties who have expressed. 

Relevant parties; ( 'Stakeholder' is defined as) affected, affecting themselves or the company's Quality Management network engages in an activity or decision that has been affected by the results of the activities defined as any individual or company. 

Stage Approach

They will need a way for companies to set a stage approach to their Quality Management System; There will also be a need list that explains the main items of such approach.

Opportunities and Threats 

Companies performing coordinated their Quality Management System will need to determine how to get protection also includes forming a quality management that may have targeted outcomes of the threats should be shown for the purpose and possibilities of what happened. Companies doing so, these facilities and to identify threats, apply them to the Quality Management network stage and will need to coordinate actions to examine the activity of these actions.
